If you go to San Francisco

Hello

I have been in SF since Monday, it's very nice. A bit cold and Windy. Finally this city looks very familiar, because it has this something from Europe. Take a bit of NYC for the buildings and the yellow cabs, a bit of Bretagne for the ocean and the climate, a bit of Marseille for the steep and narrow streets and the sun and you get San Francisco.
Stop for the reciepe. Yesterday we slept in a Youth hostel : 2 showers for 30 beds. woho!
very friendly place. And very international since they accept only foreign visitors and travelers. But there was a problem in the booking of our room, so we moved out to another hostel. Much bigger and much more American. And very friendly too. Yesterday night they organized beer games...
on Monday, when we arrived, i met Clare and a lot of people that i saw in Washington. It was cool to see them again. And Ben gave us a drive through the city by night. He lives here and is going to move to NYC. Clare will come back to Australia next year. But before, she will make a long trip to Europe. I envy her in fact.

Today we are going to Alcatraz, it's a island and a former prison.
